Possession play 6v6v6 + 2 end zones

[Translate]

Goal:

  • Regain and keep possession and switch of play.

Description:

  • Play 4v4v4 – 6v6v6
  • Switch the team in the end zones every 3 minutes.
  • 1 pts. if you passes to a end zone players. Next you must switch play and score in the opposite end zone.
  • Team in the end zones play with the team in possession.
  • End zone players have 2 touches only.
  • End zone players are not allowed to pass to the the players in the other end zone.
  • One player from the defending team can go into the end zones and try to win the ball.

Progressions:

  • 1 or 2 touches only in all zones.
  • Players in one end zone can make a long pass to a player in the other end zone.
  • Introduce neutral players.

Focus:

  • Passing and passing angles
  • Movement without the ball
  • Find and create space
  • Communication
  • Switch of play.
