Will be coaching U12-boys in AaBK
I had a meeting this afternoon with my childhood club AaBK and we agreed on 1½ years contract, where I will be coaching the U12-boys first team and also be responsible for the whole U12-boys.
I was also told that AaBK now uses the Coerver Coaching Technique, which was invented by Wiel Coerver. I’m really looking to adapt this technique and pass it on to my players.
I will concentrate on technical skills in my training sessions that will imply that most of the training will be with the ball. This is also the most funniest part, I remember a lot of boring training sessions. They all have one thing in common, very little play with the ball.
My philosophy is that a player will develop best, if he actually plays soccer.
