Thursday I will attend in my last exam at ITU this spring. The exam is about OOAD and process modelling, the themes in the part “process modelling” are proportional and predicate logic, sets, finite automata, regular expressions and Turing machines.
The exam will have the following form.
The exam is oral without preparation time at the exam.
The exam is in two parts.
- Firstly, you are expected to give a 10 minute presentation of your mini-project for part I and relate it to the curriculum of part I followed by 5 minutes questions from the examiners to your presentation. If you did not hand in a mini-project you must give a 10 minute presentation of a solution to one of the running examples in the book (Video rental, Mobile Phone, Study Administration, Elevator Control).
- Secondly, you draw one of the at random and must give a 8 minute presentation followed by 2-5 minutes of questions from the examiners to your presentation.
