I enjoy working with other people and helping them and their team succeed. Since I started my journey back in 2004, I have tried many different things to find my call: working with agile companies, teams, and people.
I can help agile teams accelerate and deliver value faster to their end-users, when they solve complex problems using Kanban, unscaled Scrum or Scrum scaled with Scrum@Scale or Nexus.
My passion is agile at its core and how to adopt and adapt an agile mindset and the best suitable agile framework within a company’s culture. I have also enjoyed the occasions I have had to lead people on their journey.
What I want to learn next on my agile journey is scaling Scrum with either S@S or Nexus and developing my leadership skills further.
